Book a shoot

Common questions
When do I need to send my music?
Upload it with your booking, or send it by email or WhatsApp by the day before the shoot. The morning of the shoot is the latest it can arrive.
How soon will I receive my video?
Your completion date is agreed on when you book. Faster turnaround is available for an additional fee, and same-day or next-day requests are possible by special arrangement only.
How do payments work?
A nonrefundable 50% deposit confirms your booking. The balance can be paid at once or split into two or three Wave invoices, and the final video is delivered once the balance is paid in full.
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is available for emergencies, illness or severe weather. You'll receive a credit valid for 30 days toward any type of shoot.
Do you travel?
Yes. Shoots outside New York include travel fees, which are added to your invoice.

Find my video
When your video is ready and your balance is paid, you'll receive a private download link by email or text. Links stay active for 14 days.
Lost your link?
Enter the email you booked with and the project name, and I'll send a fresh link.
Need an older project?
Finished projects are archived after delivery. If you'd like files from an earlier shoot, I can retrieve them for an archive fee.

Agreements and releases
Two documents cover every shoot: the client signs the Client Service Agreement, and everyone who appears on camera signs the Photo and Video Release.
Client Service Agreement
Confirms your booking details and covers:
- Payment: 50% nonrefundable deposit, balance before delivery, optional Wave payment plans
- Music deadline, booked end time and overtime
- Drafts, completion date and delivery by private link
- Rescheduling credit, cancellation and usage rights
Photo and Video Release
Gives permission to film, photograph and share participants' image, voice and name for portfolio, promotion and client delivery.
- Individual signature, with a parent or guardian section for anyone under 18
- Group sign-in sheet, so a whole class can sign one form
- The booking studio or choreographer may share the delivered videos too
